Alright so, if you haven't figured out how to navigate these forums, then leme give you a really quick 411.
What I'm going to try first is putting each project that's active as a sub-forum in the project forum, then the chair, which said person chooses to sign up will be the moderator of that topic, can post information about said project.
So that's how I'm gonna have it set up.

Example: Getting Started>Read this first.
Getting started was the broad topic for new users, and read this first is specific, because it's saying read this first
