Leadership Council Minutes : 11-5-09
Fall Ball Committee: Anika
Members of the Fall Ball Committee received evaluation forms. Please remember that members of your committee should be graded fairly.
Mural Project: Alex
Mural project will start painting the inside of the school soon. This weekend the Mural Project members invite anyone who wants to help them, come to the school and primer where they are going to paint. The help is much appreciated.
Can Food Drive: Leadership
November 20th Pass out fliers
November 23rd pick up food.
Leadership Council has decided to participate in the second annual can food drive. In a nutshell, we as a Leadership council go around passing out [student made] fliers telling everyone we will be collecting food for the shelters and such. This activity will be treated as a field trip. Closer to the day permission slips will be passed out.
Gala: Julie Ayres
Co chair: Emily Rudko.
Theme: Chocolate.
In the Gala committee’s last meeting, they discussed the theme, committees, and where the next meeting is going to be. The committees that Gala has currently are, Fashion Show, Entertainment, Desert, and Decorations.
Here are short descriptions about each Committee.
Decoration: This committee will be in charge of decorating the Gala rooms.
Entertainment: This committee will be in charge of who performs and such.
Desert: In charge of getting theme related items.
Fashion Show: This committee is in charge of selecting models and in charge of Fashion Show.

Cystic Fibrosis: Alicia
The Cystic Fibrosis committee has a final roster of teachers to pie in the face. The committee will have jars out with the teachers face closer to the date for voting purposes
Spirit Committee: Clare
This new committee formed from the School Improvement committee when it changed so much it became its own idea. This committee is in charge of handling the quarterly pep-rallies
